Hi, my name is Mally. This Christmas season, I’m asking for help during one of the most vulnerable chapters of my life.

Earlier this year, I escaped a household impacted by domestic violence and unsafe living conditions, including mold and asbestos exposure. Leaving was necessary for my safety, but rebuilding afterward has been incredibly difficult—especially while dealing with the long-term effects of stress and illness.

I’ve been battling fibroids, endometriosis, chronic depression and anxiety, and mold-related illnesses. Last November, I was also hospitalized with pneumonia and experienced sepsis as a result, which took a serious toll on my health and recovery. I also suspect I’m autistic, with sensory sensitivities that can make traditional work environments especially challenging. These health-related issues have significantly interfered with my ability to maintain consistency in my modeling and social media career—work that I love and am actively trying to return to once I’m stable and healthy. I also want to be transparent that everything you see online has not reflected the full reality of my life. Most items I receive from companies and brands are gifted, not paid, and I have made very little income from social media so far. My hope is that by getting healthy and stable, I’ll be able to take on more paid collaborations and truly support myself through my work.

One of the hardest parts of this journey has been being separated from my cat. The places I’ve been staying either didn’t have an open room, the people I’m staying with are allergic to him, or my housing situation has been off and on. Because of this, he’s currently staying with friends. All I want is to be reunited with him in a safe, calm space of our own. Having him back would mean the world to me and would be a huge source of emotional support as I heal.

This Christmas, I’m hoping for something simple but life-changing: a safe place to live, closer to what feels familiar and grounding, where I can focus on recovery, stability, and rebuilding my life.

Funds raised will go directly toward:

Securing a studio or apartment (move-in costs and initial rent)

Transportation costs (Uber/Lyft) to get to and from work and medical appointments

Health-related expenses

I also have surgery scheduled within this year for my fibroids and endometriosis, with the goal of finally being pain-free and able to fully return to work and creative projects.
