JJ HAS CANCER

Hello my name is NEN, (Vanessa Riley) I am raising money to pay for JJs CANCER treatment. After my own serious trauma in 2009 I went on to recreate my life rescuing ponies from severe abuse / neglect, turning their lives from pain and fear to Health and safety and in turn saving my own life.

JJ was my 2nd ever rescue; an abuse victim that I Bought privately around 2014, his ear was torn, he had facial scars and cracked teeth, he wouldn’t allow you to touch his Face. I completely rehabilitated JJ, early on he showed signs of being a STAR, so willing to please, always nosey, Brave, he wanted to be around people - he was so excited to be alive.

He LOVED being with other ponies, he became our mascot doll and inspired the beginning of Peace Love & Ponies that went onto rescue and rehab 31 ponies of which JJ paid for most of them!

COVID hit, wiped out our pony parties and I began selling anything I could to stay afloat, we moved, lost both trucks, survived but leaving me living week to week barely able to function. JJ was diagnosed with Cancer - there was no money to help JJ.

JJ is not my only sickly pony; I have ponies who have; founded, collapsed trachea, COPD, disabled legs and partial blindness, all ponies are safe and fed but vets became impossible for me.

It is NOW paramount that JJ receives immediate treatment or we will lose him.

On a personal note; I have suffered enormous loses over the past 10 years, I am unsure how to personally cope with the loss of my absolute favorite soul mate and love JJ. The 4 musketeers are Trixcie - JJ - Funky Monkey and you all know ROSEBUD.

Times are incredibly tough for all of us, I have to make an effort to save this wonderful guy.

He has done so much for children and charities in Houston and even made his debut on Television for the CHEERIOS cereal advertisement !

Please help JJ.

I am willing to donate him to somebody who can afford his treatment but he would need a buddy to go with him, JJ has only known us as “good people” for the past 9 to 10 years of his life.

JJ has shown no signs of pain, confusion, loss of weight or excess laying down, he is happily still social and active but his growing tumor will soon hit his BRAIN.
