Hi – we’re Steve and Diane Gee, a husband-and-wife team taking on a joyful, global, and meaningful challenge.

In January 2025, a friend set me, Diane Gee, a challenge for my 60th year: to jive in 60 different places before the year is out. We've taken that challenge to heart – and to the world!

So far, we’ve danced:

- In front of sea lions in Chile

- On a padel court wearing actual padels

- In a 3,000-year-old wine cave in Cyprus

- At Machu Picchu

- In the Falkland Islands

- And 30+ other unique places — with video evidence to prove it!

Along the way, people kept saying:

“You should do this for charity.”

So here we are — turning every jive into a small act of giving. We’re raising funds for two charities that mean a great deal to us:

Cyprus Alzheimer’s Association (Mi-me-lismonei) Paphos branch

All donations will come to us personally and we will manually split the total 50/50 between the two charities at the end of the challenge. We are self-funding all travel and costs. Every penny donated goes directly to supporting people facing cancer and dementia. We will keep donors updated on progress, milestones, and the final donation totals — and provide confirmation once donations have been made.

All donations made here show in full on the fundraiser total. GoFundMe deducts a small standard card processing fee (2.9% + 25p per donation) before transferring funds. At the end of the year, we will publish the final net total and confirm the equal split between Macmillan Cancer Support and Alzheimer’s Society, so everyone can see exactly where their donation has gone.
