Jinx is the dog that saved my life, and I'm trying to do the same for her here, now.
Jinx has pyometra, an infection of the uterus common in unspayed female dogs (and cats). It is deadly when left untreated, and treatment is to remove the uterus entirely. The estimate for this is anywhere between $8500 and $11000, as Jinx is a high risk case due to her Von Willembrands disease. She will need blood transfusions and blood coagulants through the whole procedure, as she has a high risk of bleeding out on the table during the procedure. This is the reason for the astronomical cost of the surgery, and the reason I am searching for help from the public.
Jinx is a pup that is full of energy, always down to be my companion for a long hike in the woods. She helped me regain my confidence to enjoy the outdoors after years of anxiety of doing anything alone. How can anyone be sad or anxious when you have a pup with big bright eyes looking at you before they run off with pure happiness in their heart?
Jinx is the biggest cuddle bug, I swear she is trying to enter my skin sometimes and merge souls with me. I have never experienced this type of pure love and devotion from any sort of living creature. She loves her mama more than anything, and I love her too.
Jinx is only 3 and a half years old, born August 26 2022, my little Virgo girl. She's so young. And she has so much life to live.
On multiple occasions since I've gotten her, she has saved my life; I have complex PTSD and major depressive disorder. She is the light that keeps me going.
And it's because of this, I am asking for donations to an help for this life saving surgery. My pup deserves to continue living her life and I need to try and give that to her.
Thank you to all those who read this, share and donate. I love you all.
