Update 4/30: THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYBODY! In addition to your GoFundMe donations as well as our own money, we have received a decent amount of donations via Venmo. As of today (one day after Jinx’s surgery) we have been able to pay off his vet bill for this specific surgery! Because his bill is paid off, we have closed donations. Hi everybody! My cat Jinx needs to get his eye removed, as there are signs that he has cancer in left eye! If he doesn’t get his eye removed, the cancer could spread to his body and he could die. The surgery will cost well over $3000, and as a first year teacher who recently graduated, that is just money that I don’t have right now. If anybody could donate any small amount, that would be great. Thank you so much!  

A little bit about Jinx:
Jinx is an adorable almost 9-year old black cat.He arrived at my doorstep in October of 2012,and honestly he saved my life. He has already had two surgies in his lifetime (one was to remove a hematoma in his ear and the other was a dental surgery to remove 2 teeth). He LOVES watching birds (both in real life and on TV), playing with his toys and snuggles. He is the sweetest cat I’ve ever met and I love him more than anything.
