The Jinka public library project is a proposal to build a multipurpose public library in Jinka Town, south Ethiopia where the need for such establishment/organization is immense. Conceived by a group of enthusiasts originally from the area; this public library will be a Centre of information and knowledge exchange for youth, students and residents of Jinka town.
The overall mission of Jinka public library is to improve the quality of life of the citizens by providing access to library services, materials and programs that promote education and cultural enrichment. Additionally, supporting students to be effective and efficient in all national academics.
