Unfortunately, this is a post I hate to share. Our long time friend and employee James "Jim" Tutje has been diagnosed with Throat Cancer. We do not know the extent of this yet.

Doctors confirmed through a biopsy he has cancer in his throat. We are hoping it is contained to his tonsils. However, we will not know until further testing.

The really sad part is that I established Health Insurance for Jim years ago and for some reason a while back he decided he did not need it and cancelled it. We all know how private and stubborn he can be. For a few weeks he has had trouble with solid foods. For over a week I've been cooking him scrambled eggs and fresh soft fruit when he arrives for work in the mornings. He grumbles and moans to 'stop doing this", every single time, knowing I'm not going to stop.

Jim has applied for financial assistance through Tennessee Oncology. I will assist him all that I am able. Jim has some serious days ahead of him.

I feel confident he has helped you at some time with your technology needs. If you feel it in your heart to help in with a small financial contribution for his upcoming medical expenses that would be greatly appreciated by his family and myself.
