Disaster left two people homeless!

Dear Friends,
Keitha Bozeman and Jimmy Lee Hannaford could use some help and prayers.
 A large oak tree fell and demolished their rental house in Fairhope this past Saturday night while they were inside. (See video of the damage.) Thankfully, they were not hurt and did not lose too many priceless possessions. However, they are in urgent need of a place to live in the area. They are staying with some friends right now and have had the unexpected expenses of a U-Haul truck and storage units. They greatly appreciate any ideas or assistance any of you can provide. We are trying to raise $3kto cover first and last month rent plus deposit and utility cost to just get in another rental place in the area. These are good people with no insurance and no savings. Any donation you can make will help!

UPDATE #2 - Wow you guys! I'm so happy we have reached our $4k goal to provide more support for these two. As we continue to think of ways to help, one important thing we have come up with is temporary housing. There has been some very kind souls who have welcomed Jimmy Lee and Keitha into their homes over this past week (we know who you are and we thank you so much!!) but what we need to do now is raise enough funds to allow them to stay at a reasonable weekly rate hotel in the area until they can find a move in ready rental to call home. This way they will have peace of mind knowing that they have a place to stay and will not have to feel like they are intruding on anyone's personal space. We are well on our way to doing this and I cannot thank you all enough. Jimmy Lee and Keitha are so thankful to everyone too and hope to thank each and every one of you in person. (Hey you can do that... go see one of Jimmy Lee's shows. He's playing tonight, Friday May 19, 8 - 11, playing bass with Twang Gang (traditional country) at Main Street Cigar Lounge in Daphne.
UPDATE #1: We have reached our original $3k goal which will allow Jimmy Lee and Keitha to get into a new rental home. I have up'ed the goal now to $4k to help them purchase needed supplies, furniture, and groceries. A lot of their belongings were unable to be retrieved from the home because of them either being too large to remove through the rubble or too dangerous to enter certain areas. With the weekend forecast of rain, they are trying to get out what they can but any extra donations will help them get back to as close to "normal" as possible.
