My brother Jimmy has lived in Jamaica for the past 13 years. He is a loving, caring father to 6 kids and 20 grandchildren and great friend to all those who know him. After three years of many medical complications, On Tuesday, December 26, 2017 he had an Ischemic Stroke which has left him with expressive aphasia (speechless) and right side paralysis.
He does not have health insurance and the medical care in Jamaica is very limited without the financial support. The family is seeking help for our brother/son to be able to live a normal life after having this stroke.
We are hoping you, our family and friends will help us raise $20,000; which will go towards the more attentive medical attention, surgery, rehabilitation, and home care that Jimmy will need.
