Jimmy and Liz’s home caught fire 06/22/2019 while they were both out of town, and as of inspection on 06/24/2019 is uninhabitable until later this fall for repairs. They are safe, which is the most important thing, but will need short term housing, food, clothes, and any costs that are not covered by insurance. Both recently moved to Eugene, Oregon from California for new job opportunities and purchased their happy home. They would never ask for help and are usually the ones helping and giving back to their community. Whether it be through volunteering or rescue animal efforts. Why are we asking for help? That is what friends, family, and colleagues are for: we rally around the ones we love and help each other out in times of need. Can you help them get back on their feet?
