Hey, it's me Jimmy! Let me start off by saying I'm okay. Life has its weird ways, like sending you to a wedding down in Homestead one weekend and sending you back with a strep infection in your left leg. (Pictures are available, but do not recommend.) I have been in the hospital since May 21st and have had a crash course in true patience. In that time though, God has shown me who I am and the amazing people he has surrounded me with as my support group. So what brings me here to GoFundMe? Well, before all of this happened, I recently switched career paths and started a wonderful job as a registered behavior technician. I'm still new though and things like PTO and sick leave just have not accumulated yet, so my time in the hospital has been unpaid. Being new also comes with a waiting period for insurance coverage. The funds raised here will be purely to cover personal costs (Rent, insurance, car, etc.) and upcoming medical expenses. I appreaciate any and all support given (IE: reopened communication, hi fives, prayers, etc.) in this unexpected and challenging time in my life.
