Jimmy Shanks Needs Us: A True Community Helper

Although he is sometimes controversial, Jimmy Shanks needs our help. Not everyone always agrees with what he says, but Jimmy has dedicated his life to helping the community. For over 20 years, Jimmy has dedicated himself to helping people in the community struggling with addiction.

About four and a half years ago, Jimmy had a previous surgery, that went badly. He was struggling with his hip and got it replaced. Due to the doctor using dirty tools and rushing the surgery, he got a fungal infection and a crooked hip. Although he has been in severe pain, he continues to work his job, cleaning out storage units, and helping addicts all around the area.

Jimmy does not like talking about it or asking for help, but he struggles financially. During this procedure, Jimmy will not have a hip for 8-12 weeks, causing him to be unable to work or make money. Due to the high cost of the treatment and the inability to work, he will be unable to pay his bills. This leaves him facing homelessness while he does not have a hip.

Jimmy Shanks helps everybody that comes his way, and it's our turn to help him. Anything counts.
