Jimmy Haney

This is an update-
My name is Veronica and Jimmy was my father in law. Casaundra Haney is my wife. We sre frlm San Jose Ca and Jimmy lived with us until he got in the motorcycle accident. We used all the money for the funeral exspenses and tye remainder will go to the Tombstone.

and Sunday August 5th, 2018 Jimmy Haney lost his life in a tragic motorcycle accident. Jimmy has
left behind his daughters, Casaundra and Stormee, his sister, Julie and his brother Dougie
along with aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who have rallied together to support
each other during this heartbreaking time.
Jimmy’s family extends beyond blood lines though. Jimmy’s life was rich with friends
“family” to Jimmy all over the country who have been reaching out to us with their love and
condolences and expressing the pain and loss they are feeling. There has been a rift in all our
lives as Jimmy has been untimely ripped from this world.
It was so sudden. We are trying to process through the shock of this devastating loss.
Everyone who knows Jimmy knows he has two daughters who he loved with all his heart. We
are trying to arrange for his youngest daughter Stormee to be released from incarceration to be
able to attend the services, say goodbye to her father and be with her family on the day of the
service.
The family is still processing the reality of losing our Jimmy and there is much we still
have to figure out and plan. We appreciate all of the calls, messages and expressions of love
and support we have received from all the people who loved Jimmy and whom Jimmy loved so
dearly. We have been flooded with love from Jimmy’s extended family and it means so much to
us to know and feel how much he meant to so many people.
Many people have expressed an interest in helping in whatever way they can. We have
created this Go Fund Me Page for those of you who loved Jimmy and have expressed the
desire to help the family. Any funds collected here will be used towards the funeral expenses
and funding the cost to get his daughter Stormee here for the services.
Jimmy changed the lives of every person who ever knew him or was fortunate enough to
just be able to spend time with him. Jimmy had the rare gift of making people laugh. He was so
quick witted and sharp. There was no keeping up with him when he was on a roll. You just had
to step back and watch him in awe as he filled the room with laughter and shifted the energy all
around him.
Jimmy loved his family, friends ( and his dogs of course, Wally and Dakota).
Jimmy made sure he stayed in touch with his friends . He always reached out, called, and
checked up on his friends and family. Very few people live their lives that way. We could all
learn from the example he set.
Our hearts are broken with Jimmy’s passing. We know he’s in God’s hands and God
probably got tired of waiting and wanted Jimmy all to himself. (After all, God probably likes to
laugh too) God took special care when he made Jimmy and he protected him more times that
we can count to let us keep him a little longer. God takes great pride in his work and we know
he had to have taken special pride in Jimmy because he was one of a kind. ( parents are not
supposed to pick favorites, and God loves all his children, BUT... I’m willing to bet God does
have some of his creations that he was particularly proud of and Jimmy for sure was one of
them. Thanks God for the beautiful gift of Jimmy Haney!!!!!!!!!!!
