Jimmy lived at the Element Apartment in Tampa. Last Friday morning at 3:30am Jimmy woke to alarms going off in his apartment. He immediately went to his window located on the 20th floor. He saw 6 trucks and new it was the real deal.

All 500 residents were evacuated Friday after a municipal water line broke around 3:30am. There were two breaks. One on the 27th floor, Jimmy lives on the 20th. He said all of his belongs 90-95% of his belongings are lost. On top of that the insurance he purchased from the Element is not valid. The other main broke on the 12th floor.

I am just asking my friends / colleges to donate any amount of money. 10.00 can go a long way.

What I love about the CRE industry that I work in , is we are FAMILY! We always help each other.

All the funds will go to Jimmy so he can begin to rebuild his home and his belongings. This is an overwhelming time for him. We would love to get him to our goal.
