On Thursday December 30th my dad Jim Young was taken via ambulance to the hospital in our small town. They did everything they could to keep him stable and in order to do so he was put in to a medically induced coma with a ventilator breathing for him. A lot happened from December 30th until now, he has several blood clots, a collapsed lung, pneumonia, sepsis from infection, and more. He was transported to a larger hospital in Nebraska so he can get the care he needs but they don’t offer hospitality stay for immediate family for more than two nights. If anyone could spare just a little bit to help my mom get a room so my dad doesn’t have to be alone through this we would be forever grateful.
