Jim is a friend from the Old - Sobe Room in South Beach and is going through Cancer treatment for the 4th time, including a very intense round of chemotherapy.

He has not been able to work for over a year and has been waiting for approval for social security disability since April of last year.

He is currently behind on his rent and is undergoing chemotherapy which is debilitating.

Jim is alone in Miami, and needs to cover 2 months back rent & living expenses.

He has never asked for help before & is always the first one to help others, so I'm asking for our community to help Jim make it through!
