Jim Poehler Memorial Fund

Our dear father passed away unexpectedly on the evening of March 29th, 2023.

Jim was a man of exuberance and was larger than life. We are heartbroken to lose him as he was a guiding light for both of us. Anyone who knew him knew of his disdain for authority, the establishment, and the inevitable powers that be. Because of his somewhat anarchist beliefs, he was not a homeowner, had no life insurance, no health insurance, no living will, and nothing set aside as an end-of-life plan.

We are asking for financial help for the cost of a funeral/cremation and the multitude of random costs that are incurred as we navigate our grief. Any remaining funds will go to help his daughter Megan with the cost of relocating, as she was until the day he died his caretaker, housemate, companion, and daughter.
