Jim needs help!

My name is Jim, and as the title suggests, I need some help. I have been diagnosed with COPD, AFib, Congestive Heart Failure, and have suffered liver damage due to reduced pulmonary function, but I am on an IV 24/7 to counteract the weakened heart muscle. I have not been able to work since September of last year, and disability is taking a long time, (you know the government), I have exhausted my savings and have sold all that I have that's worth selling. That doesn't stop medical bills, and everyday things like lights gas, water, which are about to be disconnected. Not to mention eviction.I need help in paying my medical bills, and just a wee bit of help with the other necessities. Anything you could do would be a tremendous help.Thank you and God bless.
