Jim Metz - Post Stroke Fund

Hi, my name is Jen and I am fundraising for a family member who is too humble to ask for help. My cousin’s husband, Jim Metz. A dedicated father of 3, husband and friend loved by many in the Canandaigua community.

On September 27, 2022, Jim suffered a stroke which has caused him to lose much of his mobility. It is going to be a long path to recovery and is going to require him to be out work for an unknown period of time.

Before his stroke, many of you probably know Jim for his hard work outdoors, active lifestyle (his love of hunting) and his long standing role as a committed employee of Procutters for over 20 years landscaping and snow plowing to keep our community beautiful. He is going to be severely limited in his ability to continue his role even after he recovers, leaving the Metz family in a tight situation financially and emotionally.

Jim is supported by his selfless wife, Jaci, a special education teacher’s aide with the Canandaigua City School District. They would never ask for help which is why I am asking our community to support them, just as they have given back so much to us. Please join me in offering our support with a monetary donation.
