Jim (Jimmy) Scerba's Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Jim was a father to three children, loving brother, wonderful son, avid pool player, music lover, sports fanatic and so much more. Sadly, his life ended unexpectedly on 1/29/24. Donations will go directly to his family and the memorial costs.
Although he only lived 54 years, he made lasting impacts on many lives. He is survived by many of those from his pool leagues, softball teams, Wilson High School classmates, bar buddies, work clients, and lifelong friends. Many have referred to Jim as smart, kind, and generous. He was outgoing, silly, and friendly. He always knew how to make everyone smile and laugh.
He loved bands like Cake and They Might Be Giants, and was always open to discovering new songs. He could always be found playing guitar during breaks at work. He was known to make tapes and CDs for people in his life to show them his love. Jim also loved baseball, specifically the Cleveland Indians/Guardians, and football (Go Seahawks!).
The APA also lost a talented pool player. He frequented Tommy Dogg's, Kracker Jacks, Niles Sons of Italy, Royal Oaks, and Avon Oaks to hang out with his friends and play pool for fun and in tournaments. A pool tournament will be taking place in his honor.
