Hello, my name is Carol Ann Schultz and I am trying to raise funds for Jim, Carroll 's widow Kathy. He passed unexpectedly when he was at his kidney dialysis appointment.
Throughout the last 15 years, Jimmy has had 20 major surgeries. from toe amputations, 11 stents, serious infections, heart attacks to Renal failure and three days a week for kidney dialysis. All this has been from having diabetes. Needless to say, there was no life insurance because nobody would insure him. This leaves Kathy with a mountain of medical bills.

She is unable to collect from his Social Security for another year. She currently only has a part-time job, but is looking for full-time. There is also a $6000 bill. left to be paid for the roof that needed replacement. Jimbo, as I have always called him was the most kind, generous, loving person, and best friend anyone could ever ask for. Any help you can provide for his lovely widow Kathy will be a blessing.
