Jim Byrd was involved in a life changing accident on his way home from his welding job at Seemanns Composites on  Friday  May 19th.  Another driver T-boned him and his truck flipped 10 times  while his arm was stuck outside of the drivers side window.  He is currently at USA- Mobile awaiting his second surgery with a possibility of more to come, followed by months of therapy. By trade  he is a welder for 20 plus years . He will be unable to return to his trade for several months and needs support  during this difficult time . He also is the sole provider for his two children under the age of 18.
