My Name is Barbara Langolf and I am Jim Brazell's cousin. We were raised in the same home as brother and sister (there are several more of us).
On Wednesday evening, November 23rd, Jim was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in Orange County and is still hospitalized. We do not know how long it will be until he is released. Although his condition was listed as critical, he has made a lot of progress and his condition is currently listed as serious but stable. He is going to have quite a road ahead of him.
I have been overwhelmed by the unbelievable outpouring of concern and care and love from his friends. Because of the nature of some of Jim’s injuries, the doctors have suggested that he have no visitors other than family until he gains strength. His prognosis is good, but it’s going to take him some time.
I believe that God spared Jim because he has a lot of living left to do!
Jim has NO health insurance and is going to need extensive physical and cognitive therapy beyond his hospitalization. Also, if Jim doesn’t work his business "Premier Auto Glass", he has NO income. This campaign is to help offset the cost he will be incurring so he can focus on healing.
