Hello my name is Lindsay Brown. I am doing this fundraiser for Jim and Bj Warren asked me to put up a Gofundme page. The picture of Brad and Beans (his dog) who meant a lot to Brad. Beans is being cared for by Jim and Bj. When we moved into this neighborhood we met Jim the first week . He was walking his dogs Floozy and Charlie. Jim and BJ are neighbors who are like family. Jim and Bj Warren who are both 79 years old and fully retired. Bradford C. Warren was their son who suddenly and without warning passed away at the age of 44. On the morning of June 26th, 2025. Jim went upstairs to wake Brad for breakfast. When he touched Brad he realized he was dead. They are in shock over the lose of their son. The fact it will take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months to find out answers as to why he died. It coat too much to have a grave side service. They could only afford a 2 hour viewing. Brad was only 44 years old and had no life insurance . They need help with cost of the casket, the 2 hour viewing covering the cost of the headstone. They need $20,000.00 to bury him and have the headstone engraved and set. The sudden nature of his untimely death for his parents who need help with burial expenses. Jim just fully retired 6 months ago. Jim served his country for 2 years in the Army. He is a veteran. I will withdraw the money and give it to Jim Warren so he can settle the expenses with the funeral home. Please help this family in their time of need.
