Jim and Darlene’s Flood House Rebuild Fund
Donation protected
During the rainstorm on Monday May 18th, the flood in the Midland area was devastating.
Our dear friend’s parents, Jim and Darlene McDade were evacuated when the dam for Wixom Lake collapsed. Then Stanford Lake overflowed and their home was in it's path. Then, a second dam to broke.
Sadly, when they went to assess the damages, they found their home was destroyed by the flood. The waters rose so high all their personal belongings they had to leave. The appliances, furniture and everything inside the home is lost or damaged beyond repair.
The structure of the home is compromised and in such disrepair, it is best for their health and safety for the house to be torn down and rebuilt. They are just at the start of both being retired and can’t do this alone.
Please donate to help with the immediate tear down and rebuild of their house.
