Jill's transplant journey

Hi. My name is Jill and I need a double lung transplant. I was listed recently and with that comes a lot of expenses. My husband and I have made several trips to NYC already with more to come. These trips are costly. We will also be relocating once the transplant happens. Any help we can get to defer the costs of all of this is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
