Hi my name is Jillian Elwart. I am a mother, a prosthetist for Shiner's hospital and an amputee athlete.
I compete in paracanoe/kayak sprint, a fast paced head to head event to see who is the best on the water. I have been working very hard and now have the opportunity to travel and race with the USA National team.
I will be competing at 3 events this summer and need your help to make training sessions, arrange travel logistics and purchase equipment. I will be racing kayak and canoe at National's in Oklahoma City, OK, at World's in Portugal, and at PanAmerican Games in Nova Scotia, CA. These competitions start in August so donations are greatly appreciated.
All monies collected will go towards expenses incured during the 2018 race season. Wish me luck because if I do well I could be officially added to the USA National Team!
