Jillian Taglione and Leukemia Fund @ Dana Farber
Donation protected
This past November, our great friend, Jillian Taglione, received the devasting news that she has Leukemia. Jillian is a life-long resident of Duxbury and is currently raising her two young daughters, Izzy (11), and Olivia (9) in Duxbury alongside her husband, Carmine. Their lives have been completely upended by this disease and the long and difficult battle to cure her of it. In the weeks ahead, Jilly with undergo a bone marrow transplant which will require her to spend many months in isolation at the hospital and at home – away from friends, family, and the community she loves. Although mentally, physically, and emotionally overwhelming, Jilly is definitely confident and optimistic that she will beat this disease with the support of those close to her and with the advanced and loving care she is getting at Dana Farber.
Since her diagnosis, Jilly and family have been amazed by the amount of support and encouragement from friends, family, and the community. We are humbled by the strength and resolve the Taglione’s have shown through this journey and are motived to help them and everyone fighting Leukemia in every way possible. But we need your help!
On May 20th, 2023, some of Jillian’s friends will be running the Martha’s Vineyard half-marathon relay in Jilly’s honor. Our goal is to raise awareness and money for the Leukemia Fund at Dana Farber so they can continue their relentless effort to end this disease for Jilly and everyone else unfairly impacted by it. Please join us by donating to our GoFundMe page – for all those affected by Leukemia.
Absolutely ANY amount will help. Thank you SO much for your support!!
