Jillian Cancer & Treatment Costs

So those of you that do not know… two weeks ago, just two months after celebrating her 18th Birthday and excited for her new chapter in adulthood; Jillian was blindsided when she went to the ER for chest pain and trouble breathing and walked out with a referral to an Oncologist.

Jillian was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lymphoma of her neck and chest; cancer on her left lung, her heart, her liver and in the bone marrow of her hips, pelvis, and upper thigh. As you can imagine it has been a whirlwind of emotion and doctor appointments these last two weeks. She was forced to quit her job, move out early of her first ever apartment and back in with her mom, which as you can imagine is not what she expected when she finally turned 18.

Her oncologist is optimistic, however it will require for the first round a minimum of 6 months of chemo. The hospital bills are adding up already with just the PET scan and biopsy’s alone, and thousands more to come; not to mention the costs of prepping a sterile environment, food, medications, and gas for treatment.
We are looking into every resource we can-however there just simply isn’t enough and it’s tricky with her just recently turning 18.
We did not take making this fundraiser lightly, we understand it’s a rough time for a lot of families, but anything can help and she greatly appreciates and needs it! So thank you a thousand times over in advance!
If you do not wish to donate on here please feel free to reach out to us directly or send an email about other options. Even $1. It all adds up!

All donations will be going to her for treatment and expenses. Her getting better is our top priority right now. She will be having her port put in shortly and chemo starts right after.
If you have any questions, or any additional cancer patient (including pediatric patients) resources or connections we would appreciate the information- please feel free to email at [email redacted].

Again, Anything helps! This is very unexpected and such a difficult time for Jillian and we would like to help take some of that stress off of her so she can process this and go into chemo as mentally strong as possible! I will update this page every month with her treatment progress.

Thank you so much!
Grace, Jillian & Family.
