Jillian Ann Durgin: Celebration of Life Fundraiser

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jillian Ann Durgin on Saturday, August 26th, 2023. Tragically, Jillian was involved in a car accident near her home in Rome, Georgia, and did not survive. Our hearts are broken by this news, as we know many of yours are as well.

Jillian leaves behind a legacy of art spanning more than 25 years, including accomplishments in music, acting, modeling, styling, photography, and fashion. In addition to her many achievements, her work as a founder and visionary of RITUAL has been featured in the international fashion press, including Vogue Portugal, Vogue Brazil, Teen Vogue, Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar Vietnam, British GQ Style, Rolling Stone online and many more. After more than a decade of dedication to her fashion dreams, The RITUAL Creation Team now spans across the world, as does the community of creative and inspired people Jillian cultivated throughout her life's work.

We are grateful for the outpouring of sympathy and willingness of so many of you to help, and to that end, we have created a GoFundMe page.

Funds gathered from this page will assist Jillian’s family in funeral costs, celebration of life event(s), memorial activities, and other costs associated with Jillian’s passing.

Jillian had a vision for creating a better world through art, a vision her family and friends hope to carry on in her honor, and any remaining funds will be donated to non-profit organizations and/or charities related to areas that Jillian was passionate about.

As many of you suspected, scammers/hackers accessed Jillian’s personal Instagram and Facebook accounts @anomaly_zero on Instagram and Jillian Ann Durgin on Facebook. These scammers are sending messages and making posts requesting money for Jillian’s funeral costs, which are fraudulent. Please DO NOT send money to these scammer accounts. Law enforcement has been notified.
