Jill Farris Healthcare Fund

Hi friends. I'm Joe Guzman, the lucky partner of Jill Farris. As many of you know, Jill had a stroke in her right cerebellum on July 10, 2020. Although it was relativley large and required life saving surgery, she is doing very well and is expected to make a full recovery.  She was hospitalized for two weeks, moving from Critical Care to Telemetry and finally on to Rehab. Now discharged and recovering at home with family, she will continue to receive out patient therapy for the foreseeable future. Jill's health insurance plan will cover the bulk of her healthcare costs which will run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. She will, however, need to pay the co-pays and deductibles, which max out for the year at $6500. We are asking for $8000 to cover these costs as well as additional miscellaneous costs, transportation and additional co-pays and deductibles, which will accrue in 2021.
