Jill's Brain Tumor Bills

On Thursday, November 15th, our sweet Jillian had 3 seizures out of the blue which landed her in the hospital.  Her EEG showed that the right side of her brain was functioning much slower than the left side of her brain and an MRI showed a large white area that lit up on her right temporal lobe which was abnormal.  On Monday, November 19th, a Neurosurgeon performed a biopsy and the preliminary pathology shows that she has a Low-Grade Astrocytoma in her Right Temporal Lobe (Brain Tumor).  We are still waiting for the results from the final pathology (labs) which will allow us to better understand what exactly we are dealing with so we can determine the best game plan as far as treatment is concerned (hopefully, we will get the results in the next few days).  She did meet with another Neurosurgeon for a second opinion yesterday and he said that he would like her to go to MD Anderson to seek treatment.  With all of this happening so fast and definitely unexpectedly, I thought we could all come together to show her some love and support to help get her through this time of need.  She has already been off work for two weeks and at this time, we are not sure when she will be able to return work.  All donations will go directly into Jillian's bank account and will help cover her insurance deductibles, as well as her bills while she is fighting this brain tumor.  Please donate if you can and send her lots of prayers.  She is the light in so many lives and one of the best souls I have ever known.   We love you, Jillian!
