Jill Needs a Vehicle to Return to Georgia

**Jill needs to get a new to her vehicle to get back home to Georgia**

I'm raising money for one of my best friends, Jill. I've known her for over 5 years and she is one of the kindest and most humble persons I know.

She has Cerebral Palsy, which over the years has taken a toll on her body so she is unable to walk unassisted now. She uses a cane or walker while inside her house, but relies on a mobility scooter when she has to leave the house so she has a lift on the back of her vehicle to put the scooter on.

She lived in Central Florida for several years, but moved to Georgia last May so her almost 13 year old daughter could be closer to her dad. Since the move, Jill has been searching for a job but has been unsuccessful in her small town, especially as a person with a disability and mobility challenges.

Her daughter is in 7th grade and had spring break this week, so they came to Florida (Clermont) to visit family.

As they were heading back to her niece's house (where she is staying for spring break), her car broke down on the side of the road. Thankfully she has AAA, so they were able to tow it to her niece's house. Although the tow truck driver had to take the lift off the vehicle in order to be able to tow the vehicle.

Jill isn't sure exactly what's wrong with the vehicle, but it will most likely be an expensive and timely fix, and she doesn't have the money or the time. Her daughter is supposed to be back in school on Monday. Her brother lives near her in Georgia and he came down with her. He needs to be back to work on Monday as well.

As I said, she is very humble. She doesn't need much. But she does need a larger vehicle (van or SUV) that will hold a lift for her scooter. Her current vehicle is a 2004 Oldmosbile Bravado with over 255k miles on it. She bought it for $2,800 about a year and half ago.
