Jill Moore's Medical Expenses

On December 29, 2021, Jill suffered a spontaneous splenic aneurysm that caused internal bleeding and sent her into hypovolemic shock. She was rushed via ambulance to the hospital in Lake Jackson where she received an emergency surgery and life-saving care. She was then transferred to Methodist Hospital where she received a second surgery to repair her ruptured artery with metal coils.

Jill’s surgeries were successful, and she is on the mend. However, it could be another three months before she is fully recovered. In addition to recovering from the aneurysm, she is also now dealing with superficial blood clots in her legs that are a side effect of surgery.

This all came as quite a surprise to her and her children, as she was healthy before the aneurysm. Even the doctors could not determine the cause behind the arterial rupture and have called her a “medical mystery.” Nevertheless, with two operations, lengthy hospital stays, and subsequent checkups, the Moore family needs your support.
