Jill’s Fight Against Cancer

Hi everyone, my name is Kacey and I’m starting this fundraiser for my mother Jill Hayes. On Friday, July 21st my mom had excruciating stomach pain and went to the emergency room. After the doctors checked her out they discovered a tumor the size of a softball on her colon. Unfortunately, they had to perform a 5 hour colectomy to remove 2/3rds of her colon and discovered she has stage 4 colon cancer. Fortunately, she is now out of surgery and healing, however the battle doesn’t end here. She will be out of work for a period of time and after she is completely healed, she will still have to undergo chemotherapy/treatment. She is a wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She is an amazing woman who deserves the absolute best treatment and support possible.
