My cousin Jill Edin was diagnosed with brain cancer in August 2023 she had brain surgery where they were able to remove 90% of the tumor. She had six weeks of radiation where her dad drove her to Grand Forks every single day for six weeks. Recently, she started chemo and her first chemo treatment did not go well. She got really really sick and was hospitalized a day before her dad had heart surgery, and unexpectedly passed away. Jill was hospitalized for two weeks and was able to get out of the hospital for her dad's funeral. Jill Has to have oxygen and assistance. Her blood count is very low and they are going to hold off on chemo treatments at this time. Jill has 4 kids and has not been able to work since she was diagnosed.
