Jigsaw Fundraiser: Supporting Youth Mental Health
Hi, I'm Kaylene and I'm a singer/songwriter from Kerry. I've just released a new song called Comfort Zone which is essentially about looking after your mental health.
To mark the release, I'm raising money for Jigsaw, Ireland's National Centre for Youth Mental Health. They provide free, confidential mental health support and services to young people ages 12-25, along with vital resources for parents, teachers and communities.
This cause means a lot to me. Mental health is something we all struggle with at times and having the right support early on can make a huge difference. Jigsaw's work helps young people feel heard, understood and supported and I want to help them continue that.
To say thank you for donating, some amazing prizes will be given away, kindly sponsored by local businesses who believe in this cause too (everything from beauty and gym vouchers to self-care gifts.) There will be 7 winners, chosen from the GoFundMe donations on July 1st.
No amount is too small, every euro makes a difference.
Thank you so much for supporting Jigsaw and young people across Ireland.
