Ron Anderson Cancer Treatment Fund

Ron - The Jiffy Lube Guy -
(As many of you may know him)
Ron Anderson is so much more, a husband, father, brother, uncle, son and soon to be grandfather who has contributed to the Baltimore Community for over 30 years.  Ron fell in love with the Jiffy Lube concept in 1982 and has never looked any other way!

The Backstory-
In recent years, Ron began having health complications and is currently fighting a trying battle with stage four colon cancer. He has undergone multiple rounds of chemotherapy thus far and unfortunately, is still suffering greatly. He is experiencing pain, drastic weight loss, extreme fatigue, major digestive issues & severe complications as a result of his condition. In addition, these conditions have stopped him from working. For Ron to miss work is a big deal, he never misses work!

This has been a long ongoing battle and it has become a crippling financial battle as well. After spending savings and utilizing credit cards a plea is being made to you for your support. Your prayers and financial assistance is greatly needed. As Ron and his wife are both entrepreneurs, this situation has been especially difficult trying to juggle & balance. With multiple trips to the emergency room, several surgeries, biopsies, MRI's, tests, scans & more scans, blood work, chemotherapy treatment & recovery, etc. they have been unable to work regular schedules.

Though their monthly medical premiums are very costly  insurance only covers a small portion and will only authorize certain medical facilities.  This has left them with mounting medical bills and a staggering burden of how to manage it all in order to complete the treatment process for Ron's recovery.

How Funds will be used-
Funds raised will also be utilized to help with nontraditional medical treatment.  As traditional cancer treatment has not proven successful yet some holistic / alternative treatments is now becoming a top priority.

Alternative treatments must be paid upfront before service is rendered. No insurance will cover these types of treatments. They are interested in utilizing Naturopathic /Holistic methods to help to strengthen his immune system and make his body stronger to fight the cancer disease & possibly prepare him for another surgery.  Insulin Potentiation low dose Chemo (IPTLD) has proven very successful in many cancer patients, which is a Naturopathic alternative treatment they are highly considering.  Some in-patient facilities cost as much as $100K to start.

Please consider donating funds today. God is the ultimate healer and doctors do their very best to assist the body in healing so please keep them in your prayers as well.

The Anderson Family humbly asks for your support to help in the fight for Ron's recovery.  Any donation you can make will help.

Thank you & God bless.

Update -

Thank you for your amazing kindness & generosity! Without you we would not have been able to exhaust every treatment option. We traveled to Arizona and spent three weeks undergoing natural treatments. He experienced a brief time of relief while there, but didn’t fully recover. He fought hard to conquer this disease and ran this race well. We are so grateful for the out pour of your continued support and for the time we had with Ron.  Thankfully he is no longer suffering and has finally found relief. Ron Anderson passed away December 11, 2017.

Again, thank you so much for your continued prayers and support.
