Funeral Services for Jiajing Chen and Childcare

Dear family and friends,

Our beloved mother, daughter, wife, sister and friend - Jiajing Chen who had been battling t-cell lymphoma cancer for the last 5 months passed away on Jan 23, 2023. Jiajing left behind her loving husband Andy and two beautiful children Evelyn and Ian.

We are absolutely devastated by Jiajing’s passing. Furthermore, between the loss of income, hospital bills and childcare, her family is struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the service. Based on the quotes received, here is a breakdown of all the costs involved in a funeral service for Jiajing:

Funeral Home Cost (funeral, cremation): $6,800

Church Services (location for the funeral): $500

Cemetary cost (Lot, burial and tombstone): ~$2,800

The timeline on when each cost needs to be paid out is very aggressive, therefore I'm starting this fundraiser to collect donations for Jiajing’s funeral service and as well as childcare for her children to help her family get through this incredibly difficult time.
