Hi! My name is Darlene. I’m a mother of 5 girls. On Friday July 22,2022 I received the worst call of my life. My oldest brother died tragically in a motorcycle accident. If you knew my brother John Allen who we all call by his middle name Darryl, you know he loved to laugh! He would put a smile on your face when you’re down he would be the first to help. Darryl was a well known barber in the Baltimore MD and Waterbury, CT area. He would cut your hair even if you couldn’t pay for his services, he would look out for you. Everyone just loved him! He was a proud grandfather. That was his world! No surprise to anyone but he stepped up to the plate and had custody of him. Always looking out, helping and stepping up to the plate.

Now our family is asking all of our family and friends to do the same for Darryl.

We are all devastated by this great loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Darryl the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Daryl’s funeral.
