David Matt Green has been fighting cancer for some years now. He seems to be losing the battle. In any case, the man is now living in his upstairs bedroom suite, unable to go up & down the stairs. He is broke and needs help. He needs money to pay the household bills.  In addition, at some point money and people are going to be needed to deal with his massive amounts of possessions.
