Hit and Run Medical Bills

Hi, my name is Jane and I am the victim of a hit and run. I deliver food on my bicycle for work, and was sideswiped by a car that didn’t stop. I have severe head trauma and a history of severe head trauma. These injuries have resulted in long term medical problems including convulsions, seizures, knee pain, and chronic dizziness/ lightheadedness. I have been temporarily out of all work, and my career as a professional bike mechanic, courier, and racer are compromised. I am also reliant on bicycle transportation, and deeply passionate about a car free lifestyle. I owe $20,000 in ambulance and hospital bills. I cannot afford the physical and psychiatric therapy I need because I am a victim of this crime. I cannot afford to replace my eyeglasses that were damaged, nor the eye exam I need because of my my blurred and double vision since the head injury. I am asking for donations because I am unable to work myself out of this situation, and my problems will exacerbate if I do not get the help I need and deserve.
