Hi everyone.

As you may have seen, flood waters have completely destroyed my home.

I've lost just about everything I had.

If you know me, you know I worked from home, making art. My basement was my workspace my office. I've lost my tools, materials, my workspace, my entire livelihood.

I was in the process of packing since the sale and the bulk of my personal belongings were in the basement. Personal effects, photos, keepsakes, my toy collections and more.

I even lost the bulk of my clothes which were in the dryer, and still are.

I don't even have any underwear left.

As of now I have no assistance from Red Cross or the state.

I will be applying for food assistance but I may not qualify for unemployment benefits.

This also disrupted the sale of my home. I was expecting that money from the sale to start over. Even though I did not want to leave this place, I had some comfort in knowing I would have that money to start anew.

So I'm asking for help to get me back on my feet.

To be able to pay the utilities to keep the heat and lights on. To possibly finance a vehicle to be able to get to and from a job. To keep the internet access so that I CAN look for a job.

If you can help, I won't ever forget it. I know it's the holidays and this couldn't have happened at a worse time but even if you just share this, it would mean a lot to me.
