On May 10th, my niece Precious and her family had an accidental house fire starting from their lawn mower outside, spreading to the inside of their home. Precious and her husband Tou just welcomed their 4th child on April 21st, and unfortunately, due to the fire, Tou was unable to take that much-needed time for paternity leave and had to return to work immediately to provide for his family. They have 4 small children, and the majority of their belongings, including all new clothes, diapers, and toys for the kids, were damaged by fire, smoke, and water damage. They are currently working with non-profit organizations for donations along with their home insurance but are currently displaced, living in a hotel for an unforeseen time. We are asking our family and friends for any monetary donations for the Lee family so they don’t have to exhaust their savings and to help alleviate any more stress for them.
