Everyone knows Bill was in the hospital or rehabs for over 10 months. The medical bills for overwhelming. He passed away August 7th with no life insurance. Anything you can donate or share would be greatly appreciated. I'm just totally lost. Everyone that knew Bill (Billie) knew he was a great guy.
