Help Save Turk – Our Sweet 10-Month-Old Pup

Hi everyone, my name is McKenna, and I’m starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my best friend Cynthia and her sweet puppy, Turk.

Turk is only 10 months old — still just a baby — and he’s the happiest, most lovable pup you could ever meet. He lights up every room, loves kids, and has a heart full of joy. He’s goofy, gentle, and always ready to play.

But right now, Turk is in pain — and we’re terrified.

A few weeks ago, he suddenly started showing signs of weakness and discomfort. After multiple emergency vet visits, sleepless nights, and over $1,000 spent trying to get answers, we finally found out Turk has a damaged disc in his spine. He’s currently on steroids, but if they don’t work, his only hope is a $10,000 surgery to repair the damage.

And that’s only the beginning.

If Turk gets the surgery, he’ll also need rehabilitation and physiotherapy to help him walk again and regain his strength. This will be a long road — physically, emotionally, and financially — but we are committed to giving him every chance to live the full, happy life he deserves.

Turk has so much life left to live. He deserves to chase after toys, roll in the grass, cuddle with his favorite people, and just be the playful puppy he was meant to be. We’re doing everything we can, but we can’t do this alone.
