Dear beloved community of Shiloh and Jami,

We come together in the face of this unspeakable tragedy, feeling an ache so deep it is only matched by the measure of our love for these two humans. We gather, we morn, we hug, we laugh, we remember, we dance, we listen, we love. Interwoven, holding one another up, a circle, a community, a family, a forest.

Our financial contributions will help Jami cover the cost of Shiloh’s funeral expenses, help their loved ones gather around to hold her, and allow for her to move through her grief with fewer pressures. It is a way we can show up for her, and honor the impact Shiloh had on our lives. It will also support his friends and enable them to travel to special places in order to spread his ashes, and have a full celebration of his life in the coming months.

Shiloh was taken from us too soon, but we will always know the warmth of his smile, his laughter, his voice so brimming with love that couldn’t be contained under that layer of cool. He was our son, our nephew, our cousin, our grandson, our friend, our brother, our bright boy, our love. We will forever miss him, and he will always be with us in our hearts.
