Donazione protetta
Welcome Everyone,
This fund has been created to give Aarti and her son Ash the support they so deeply deserve - to help ease financial burdens now and into the future and to provide the stability and support they need as they navigate the sudden loss of husband and father, William Otuhiva.
The impact has been felt far and wide through his loving family and friends and his coworkers. William’s passing has been profound and deeply felt in the construction industry in NSW and ACT. William had worked with many high-profile companies, from his start as an HSE Coordinator for Mirvac at Hoxton Park in early 2011 and then on to other notable entities like Cockram/Icon, Hindmarsh, Aqualand, and most recently Richard Crookes Constructions.
Sometimes being in a HSE role in the construction industry can be a lonely, demanding and unforgiving position, but with his infectious smile, caring nature and his warm professional energy, William could bring out the best in everybody while bringing out the absolute best of himself and his role. He was extremely proud of all he had achieved with his time in this industry, and the colleagues who turned into friends that he made along the way, but his biggest achievement while undertaking his role was knowing that everyone that came to his construction site was kept safe. And that they returned home to be reunited every day with their families and loved ones.
Thank you for taking the time to be here, and if you are able, please consider donating, sharing this page, and keeping Aarti and her son in your thoughts and prayers. Let’s all gather to rally around them and remind them in every possible way that they are not alone. And standing alongside his wife and son, family and friends, are the coworkers and work colleagues and the construction community, that will be here every step of the way to help them through this sudden and very tragic loss.
Rest now William. You did your job extremely well and you made sure that everyone that you came into contact with was kept safe, and we cherish this gift you always provided and cherish the man behind it all.
Rest peacefully our much-loved friend, colleague, son, sibling, father, and husband. Your huge beautiful smile and your infectious nature will live on in the hearts of those who love you and the ones you worked with forever.
