Update 7/23:

hello!! It’s been a while since I’ve made an update. I’ve lowered the goal to 5k as I’ve received some help with supplies, and since then we’ve passed the first 1K!! So awesome!! I’m really hoping we can get the rest of the way there over the next month and a half. I’m getting really nervous. Thank you everyone who has contributed so far, it means the world!

Update 6/21:

Wow! We’re really gaining traction. Thank you for getting me to almost $400!! Every little bit has been impactful to me and keeps my spirits high. Thank you so much for being here and supporting me.

I went ahead and turned off the automated goal setting so that the full $8K goal is visible. I feel like this is less confusing.

Update 6/17:

It’s time to start fundraising for my top surgery which is less than 3 months away. The fundraising goal is automatically set by GFM to increase to my total needed once more donations come in. I’m looking to raise about $8,000 for the procedure bill, medical supplies, post operative care, lost wages from running out of PTO, and generally ensured welfare for myself as I am not able to do side work or perform in drag while I recover. I currently have 2 part time jobs (including being a drag performer) and a full time office job, while still struggling to stay afloat- so I’ve been super scared about the financial aspect of surgery. Please consider sharing if you cannot donate! Love y’all, can’t wait for this dream come true.

My gender-affirming surgery date is finally set, and I need your help to prepare for the costs. I already struggle with extreme financial hardship that I have not been able to overcome, and have no idea how I will be able to survive a major surgery without the assistance of my community.
