The Hydrogen Fuel Cell Train Association (HFCTA) is a single-focused advocacy organization based out of Los Angeles County, CA, which promotes the use of hydrogen fuel powered trains (hydrail), as part of the solution for climate change (via the elimination of harmful hydrocarbon emissions).

Hydrogen fuel cell technology for powering locomotives produces zero harmful emissions, which are a substantial cause of global warming.

We are a grass root organization in need of funds to promote the use of hydrail as a transportation solution for a warming climate. This includes informing the public about sustainable hydrogen fuel technology, in general, and for trains, specifically. Ultimately, this often includes educating people about global warming itself.

Travel budgets are nonexistent, and critically necessary, in order to support and to foster the working relationships with the public and private agencies responsible for transitioning from today’s fossil fuel and coal locomotives. Your donations will help to expand HFCTA’s reach beyond phone calls and emails.

‪Our goal for these funds is to help the train industry understand the right track to green, sustainable alternatives from fossil fuels.

We would also help to inform and educate people about hydrogen fuel cell technology, with the expertise of one the engineers who helped spearhead the technology at NASA.

We appreciate having the opportunity to educate one and all about Hydrogen Fuel Cell technology, particularly for trains, and to advocate for this planet-saving technology with the appropriate public and private agencies.

This organization, founded by a train engineer, is working to implement and accelerate eco-friendly change with hydrogen fuel cell technology and hydrogen powered trains.
